Yes, a nominal registration fee of INR 500 is applicable. This fee includes participation in the programme, access to all conference sessions, and a high-tea coupon designed to facilitate meaningful networking opportunities among delegates, industry experts, and stakeholders. The contribution supports the effective organization and delivery of a high-quality event experience.

Institutions may register as a group by enrolling as an Ecosystem Partner. This category is designed to encourage institutional participation and collaboration at the Conclave. The registration fee for Ecosystem Partner institutions is INR 25,000.

Under this registration, the institute is entitled to a complimentary 3×3 m exhibition stall dedicated to academic showcasing, equipped with two chairs, one table with table cloth, and one power plug. Additionally, the registration includes two lunch coupons and prominent visibility through the institute’s logo being featured across official marketing collaterals of the event.

Both the 3×3 m and 3×2 m exhibition stalls are thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and functional showcase space for exhibitors. Each stall includes one table with table cloth, two chairs for representatives, and one dedicated power plug to support electronic displays or equipment.

In addition, the package includes two lunch coupons and two high-tea coupons, ensuring a seamless and hospitable experience while facilitating networking and engagement throughout the event.

Cancellations are subject to the event’s refund policy. In case of cancellation made on or before 15 February 2026 (at least 10 days prior to the event), 50% of the registration amount will be refunded.

Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for any refund. This policy is in place to accommodate administrative and logistical commitments associated with the event.
